Andree Knaack – meine Story<\/h2>\n

Nach meiner Schulzeit wollte ich so schnell wie m\u00f6glich ins Berufsleben starten. Mir war der Praxisbezug schon immer wichtig. Deshalb habe ich zun\u00e4chst eine Ausbildung als Schifffahrts- und Speditionskaufmann abgeschlossen. Erst danach wurde ich Industriefachwirt und Betriebswirt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In meinen Aufgaben als Innendienstleiter einer Brauerei und als Abteilungsleiter im Versandhandel konnte ich lernen, wie eng die F\u00fchrungsarbeit mit der Leistung der MitarbeiterInnen verkn\u00fcpft ist. Schon damals war mir klar das Vertrauen und Wertsch\u00e4tzung f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit und die erzielten Erfolge von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert sind.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Im Laufe meiner Beratert\u00e4tigkeit haben mich kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess dazu gebracht Prozesse und Entwicklung von Unternehmen besser zu verstehen. Ich habe dabei gelernt, das man f\u00fcr einen erfolgreichen Entwicklungsprozess einen Rahmen (gemeinsam mit MitarbeiterInnen) erarbeiten kann, der einer Organisation Orientierung verleiht und die Geschwindigkeit von Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen positiv beeinflusst.<\/p>\n
